If you think this place is only for kids, you’ll be pleasantly surprised—adults can enjoy it just as much. Walking around the venue and seeing the large statues brings back a lot of good memories, and the overall atmosphere feels friendly and welcoming. The electronic games area is fun and adds to the experience, even if you’re just taking your time and not rushing through. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) The main downside was the 9D movie, which didn’t quite meet expectations. It wasn’t as immersive as advertised and felt a bit underwhelming unless you really forced the excitement. Also, considering how artistic and realistic the statues are, the bases could be much better—plastic pallets take away from the overall presentation. Paying more attention to the walls and adding some visual appeal instead of bare concrete would significantly improve the atmosphere. Overall, it’s a good experience and worth visiting, with a few improvements that could easily take it to the next level.

Came here with my boyfriend on New Year’s Day for a casual date. At first, I thought it was just metal sculptures and felt a bit unsure. But once we looked closer, we realised all the artworks are made from real scrap metal parts like engines and mechanical pieces — actually pretty cool. It’s not a traditional art gallery, but it’s fun and different. The mirror maze was way harder than we expected 😂 We tried it twice and still got lost. The 9D cinema line was super long so we skipped it, but we did play a VR game with flipping seats and it was much more exciting than I thought. The staff were super friendly and even helped us store our bags, which made the experience feel really comfortable. Overall, a really good experience and a fun way to spend the day.

Second time visiting this incredible place. A lot of time and money has gone into creating this. The hundreds of metal art are so beautiful and mind blowing, and the bonus is you can interact with everything and become a part of the sculptures/photo ops. But there’s also more to this place than the art. There is a gorgeous mirror maze with a number of rooms decorated with more mirrors and so many beautiful lights, lots of fun for the kids. Then they have the VR section where you can immerse in the VR world. Highly recommend. I’m sure my son will request to come back here a third time.

Comic book lovers, movie fanatics, kids, adults. Almost everyone will definitely enjoy this experience. Must visit spot in Melbourne. The amount of effort and creativity that each piece of display exhibits is unfathomable. If you want to break iff the weekend boredom…bring yourself of your family here. Plenty of parking available around the street as well.

An awesome exhibition of both scrap metal sculptures, neon painting areas as well as cool themed light rooms and mirrors that allows for lots of good photo taking opportunities. There wasn't too many people which was great as it wasn't too crowded to take photos. They have a new section with a bunch of VR games as well as a few game rooms that are free to try out and play. For a 5 star review they give out a little gift of a DIY painting kit for a little sculpture. Even without the incentive I would still give a 5 stars review.

We went there the 2nd week of January. Though it would be fun for the kids. We got the pass that includes the 2hrs VR session. We were 2 adults, 1 child and 2 babies (babies were free entry). I would say the passes that includes the 2 hrs VR session is not worth it. It would be better to just pay the $10 per VR games you want to do. When we went it was very packed and each VR games is approx. 4mins and when its pack there’s a lot of people that might want to play the same game, so if there is 3 people before you, you will need to wait approx. 12 mins before you get a go and most of the games had people waiting to do. They had other games as well other than VR that is included in the standard ticket price. The metal sculptures were amazing, very detailed. They also have a 9D cinema that only fit 8 people at a time and that was very busy, the line was so long. I think the duration of the film was around 8min or 10 mins. We had to wait around 30 to 45 mins before it was our turn. Was it worth the wait? No. There is also the starry lights exhibition, this reminded me of one similar in Japan. This was nice for the kids. If you want to get the 2hrs VR pass i would say to go when it is not busy, maybe weeksday and not during school holidays. Also, if you have motion sickness definitely do not do the VR as it makes you feel dizzy and nauseous at times.

The art here is fascinating. It is well worth the price of admission. There are so many metal sculptures that you have a difficult time focusing on each one. There are animals, vehicles, motorcycles, and every sci-fi or Marvel character ever invented all made from scrap metal. There is such attention to detail on each piece too. It is obvious that there was so much time involved in making each piece. I also loved the ones made from rubber tyres and spark plugs. They were so cool. Do not miss watching the Virtual Reality film either. It will have you on the edge of your seat. It was so realistic. Highly recommended.
