Had my make up done here for my wedding day! Thank you so much to June for doing my make up. She understood the assignment and did her best work. And she was lovely the whole while through the process, despite me receiving a million calls from family members. She worked around me and never complained. True professionalism. Another lovely also did my mums make up. I got so many compliments and the photos looked amazing. My make up was PERFECT and stayed all day in the November heat. Bonus points to June for absorbing my stressed bride tears with Q tips hahah THANK YOU JUNE!
The Chanel experience was overall good, with an elegant service and luxurious atmosphere throughout. Eva was nice and sweet and gave me quite a few samples to try. Will visit again soon.
Review for Chanel Visited Chanel to buy a perfume for my husband, and the experience was wonderful. The lady who assisted me was very cute, kind, and extremely helpful in selecting the perfect fragrance. I requested special packaging for my husband’s birthday, and she beautifully wrapped it as well. Overall, excellent service and a delightful experience!
The customer service was a mess. When I chose a lipstick, the staff told me the price I didn't even ask. And while looking for stock, the staff asked me what color I chose and asked me to bring it. So I just said I wouldn't buy it and went to another branch and bought it. I don't know if I was ignored because I'm Asian or if the staff is weird, but it was a very unpleasant experience.
Loved my makeup by Sophia at the Chanel boutique. She understood exactly what I wanted and delivered a soft, elegant look. I highly recommend her to everyone and choose this store specifically because of her.
