I’ve been seeing Zahra at Ultimate Skin Aesthetics for almost a year now and couldn’t recommend her more highly. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always knows exactly what my skin needs at each appointment. Every treatment is thoughtfully tailored, and my skin has improved so much since I started seeing her. Zahra is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about getting the best results for her clients.

I see Zahra for eyebrow threading and laser every 3-4 weeks and she never fails to do my brows perfectly! She will take her time perfecting your brows to make them look natural and the best that they can. I highly recommend Zahra, she is amazing!

had my brows tattooed by Zara and the outcome has been severely damaging. The pigment was implanted far too deeply into the skin, resulting in heavy, grey saturated brows that have not faded properly and have caused scar tissue and ongoing distress. I was never asked to sign a medical waiver and i wasn’t heard when I expressed my dislike about the mapping, forcing me to go ahead with the tattoo anyways. I have since had to begin emergency laser tattoo removal at another clinic, who have confirmed that the work was done far too deep. I am now four laser sessions in, the pigment is barely moving (you can see in photo the scar still visible) along with abnormal swelling. This situation has cost me half a year of time, significant expenses, scarring concerns and ongoing anxiety, none of which would have been necessary if the procedure had been done correctly. I would strongly caution anyone considering cosmetic tattooing here.

I highly highly recommend Zahra she is amazing at what she does, I had done more than 3 sessions of microneedling and skin peel( was like Aktiv peel), now after all these sessions I loved to look at my skin in the mirror every single day and love it more and more. People have noticed big changes to my face, including my family and friends.

I had a plasma pen treatment here almost two years ago, and unfortunately, my skin has been left with deep scarring and persistent post-inflammatory erythema. I’ve spent thousands of dollars since then trying to repair the damage. When I raised my concerns, Zahra suggested treatments like skin peels which raised major alarm bells as any knowledgeable skin therapist or dermatologist would advise against this while the skin was still in the initial healing stages. I requested a full refund but was only offered a partial refund to "cover her time." I’ve delayed posting this for a long time, but I feel it’s important to warn others about my experience.

Zahra takes extra care so I feel my skin is in safe hands. I always leave feeling a little more relaxed than when I arrived. Thank you!

Zahra was an absolute delight to come to! She was so thorough every time I saw her, and I could tell she had a genuine care for me and my skin concerns.
