Absolutely obsessed with my nails! The shape is perfect, the finish is so clean, and the attention to detail is unreal. They took their time, didn’t rush, and made sure everything was flawless. The salon was clean and relaxing, and the service was so friendly and professional. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve been going to this shop for a few years. Always efficient and good quality. Today, I had a new person do my SNS nails and the experience was subpar. What should have taken 45mins took 1.10hrs. And by then end of it, I had to ask her to stop as my nail beds were red and painful from being over filed. 9hrs on and they are still sore and red. Thankfully one of the more experienced staff members saw my concern and stepped in to finish the job. Very disappointed today.

Helen and Jenna are both fantastic! My mum and I have been coming to them for close to two years now and we wouldn’t dream of seeing anyone else for our nails. Every time I leave Organic Nails and Beauty I am beyond happy with my nails and even more impressed with how they hold up over the 3-4 weeks between appointments. Jenna and Helen really care about your nail health and I have seen a significant improvement in my nail strength since seeing them. You won’t regret booking an appointment here!

Calm and welcoming environment. Jenna was very careful and did an amazing job! I got BIAB builder job. And my daughter got $15 nail colour and loved it too :). Will be back!

Very nice job done by the girls. First appointment was a bit slow due to influx of customers in the store, but after told them the reason why I booked, they served me and finished my nails quick. Came back today for change of colour and they were kind and professional. Will come back as it's one of the nails salons in Melbourne that actually respects reservations time 💛🙂 thanks heaps, my nails look awesome Clara

I don't go anywhere else to get my nails done. I love the service I get at Organic Nail & Beauty and the quality of the work is always excellent. Jenna always amazes me with the beautiful artistic designs and I am always getting compliments on my lovely long nails!
