My nail technician did such a great job with my nails, she really listened to what I wanted and it’s my favourite outcome I’ve had in a while! Got home really excited to show my partner and he agreed that they look amazing. I wish I asked her for her name.. The staff seem to really care about doing a good job and I noticed that in their interactions and when they were providing service to the other customers around me. This place is my new favourite. I always have the best experience at HAPPY beauty and nail spa. All the staff are so friendly and everyone does an amazing job of my nails - I’ve never left with a set I didn’t love!

Been here twice now and very happy with my nails both times! Everyone is very friendly and do their best to fit you in. Also received a lovely Christmas gift yesterday which was such a nice touch 🎄

I had the best experience here! Vivien did my nails and she was so lovely and didn’t mind that I was very picky with the shape and doing more coats (so you can’t see my natural nail) , and at the end she gave me a nice hand massage, a loyalty card and a free Diet Coke! This place is amazing you’d be crazy to go anywhere else.

The girls are super nice and I have been a few times hoping that the results would be "better next time" but it really hasn’t and this is the result of my pedicure and shellac appointment 😖 cuts and half done feet 😖

EDIT: 4 March 2026 There was no "pre-existing sensitive area." This was the bottom of my foot. What occurred was that too much skin was removed. Please do not mischaracterise what happened. I acknowledged at the time that your technician apologised, and I appreciated that. However, this is now day three and I am still unable to walk properly. You say the area was "treated." What actually occurred was that a solution was placed directly onto the wound, which burnt intensely, and tissue fibres were left in the wound that I later had to soak off myself. That was NOT appropriate aftercare. Describing this as "minor skin sensitivity" significantly understates what happened. I had not intended to post a photo, but given your response, I feel I now need to. ORIGINAL REVIEW Be careful with the pedicure — too much skin was taken off. Yes, they tried to charge me. Yes, I refused to pay. Yes, she apologised a million times. But it hurt profusely and I haven’t been able to walk properly all day. I won’t post a picture because you’d be horrified.
