I got my jaw botox done there recently, and I am so surprised with the result. It's been less than two week and my face is settling really evenly. Since I have an asymmetrical face, clinics often don't know how much or what to use to make it even, but at this place, the nurse who looked after me did such a fantastic job in the FIRST go!. I am so glad I tried them out. Despite the fact that I was running out of them, she did an amazing job! Definitely recommending and going there again! Thank you

I tried the LDM treatment at Natura Clinics and I’m honestly so impressed. The whole process was quick and comfortable—just a gentle, warm massage-like feeling on my skin without any pain. Right after, my face felt super hydrated and refreshed, and within a couple of days I noticed my skin looked smoother and had a healthy glow. Even my fine lines seemed softer. The staff explained everything clearly and checked in on me throughout, which made me feel very cared for. If you’re looking for something non-invasive that really boosts skin texture and hydration, I highly recommend it!

I had a Pico Fraxel treatment two weeks ago, and I’m honestly so happy with the results! There was minimal pain, and the improvement in just two weeks has been amazing. Everyone keeps asking me what I did—such a confidence boost! My pores, fine lines, and pigmentation have all improved noticeably. I’m absolutely satisfied and would highly recommend it!

After consulting, I made decision to have the pico laser treatment. Still more sessions are left but already my skin looks glossier and brighter than before. Before visiting this clinic, I saw advertisements offering a PRP treatment for the neck at a discounted price of $200. I assumed, like other places, their work would be professional. This was my very first time having PRP done. The lady who performed the procedure gave me only a brief explanation, spoke in a very serious and dry manner, and seemed in a hurry, which made me feel uncomfortable. However, since I had travelled a long distance, I decided to proceed. The procedure included 10 minutes of light therapy and 5 minutes of microneedling — a total of only 15 minutes. Later, after doing some research, I realized that no PRP had actually been performed on me at all — it was only a very basic microneedling session. I sent them a message to complain and requested a refund. They responded politely, and I have saved their reply. If you want, I can also make a more formal complaint letter version so it sounds stronger and more convincing to a clinic or regulatory authority.

wanted to leave a positive review, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the very beginning. When I called the clinic to reschedule my appointment, the staff member who answered, Ella, sounded disinterested and unenthusiastic, as if she didn’t want to be there. When I politely asked if rescheduling was okay, her response was simply, "I guess," which came across as unprofessional and dismissive. Upon arriving at the clinic, I was greeted with a curt "yeah, come here," which only reinforced the lack of professionalism. The facial itself was mediocre, with no noticeable effects. To make matters worse, the staff member’s hands smelled strongly of cigarettes, which was unpleasant and unhygienic during a skincare treatment. This level of service does not meet professional standards, and I would not recommend this clinic until they improve staff training in customer service and hygiene. I hope management addresses these concerns to create a more welcoming and professional experience for future clients.

Given the current climate where people need to be more astute in their financial choices, there are some key stand outs on why I (and more importantly my beloved partner) have continued to visit Natura over the last decade. 1. Additionally, the price point for their product is well worth it as the staff consult and work with you to find an affordable budget and give the results you're seeking. 2. Customer Service: the team at Natura are consultative and provide above and beyond service from the beginning, leaving you feeling confident and refreshed after treatment. 3. Professionalism: the team are professional, informative about treatment and products, and keeps you looking your best. I personally have developed friendship's with the staff and trust their advise implicitly. No pressure to unsell and at no point have we ever felt uncomfortable. I definitely recommend Natura and I'm not surprised they're one of the best in the business. A very happy returning customer, we feel like more of a friend rather than a client. Thanks Natura
