We have been using NSS now going on 3 years. They have been fantastic to deal with for our clinic supplies. We have noticed especially since our clinic has grown, they have supported us by always delivering our orders promptly. Friendly, efficient and reasonably priced products. Highly recommend to anyone.

BEST supplier I've ever dealt with. 11 years of buying from suppliers around Australia specifically Brisbane. Staff are more than happy to help with product knowledge, they don't try to upsell products not needed. I've also ordered online with this company and I get my package SO quick. Honestly amazing, will always drive the extra 20 minutes to North Lakes to shop here. Wish they had more of a hair range as I would do all of my shopping here!

The worst supplier I have ever dealt with. First they hold up my ENTIRE order as one product was unavailable and they don't have a backorder system. Then they release my order to the courier and over a week later I still don't have it! This is costing my business time and money. They do not care about their customers. Think twice before using this supplier! I now have to spend more money and order these products elsewhere as i can't see me recieving my order anytime in the near future. I will be reporting this to the ACCC for non-delivery of products.

The staff are helpful and knowledgeable
