Absolutely wonderful chocolate factory! The chocolate is incredibly nice and consistently high quality, with prices that are very reasonable. There’s a huge variety to choose from, with something for every taste—from classic favourites to unique specialty chocolates. Everything is made in-house, which really shows in the freshness and flavour. The displays are beautifully set up, and the customer service is excellent—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

I stopped by looking for some chocolate as a gift and was blown away by the incredible variety they had! The store felt warm and inviting from the moment I walked in, and the staff even offered me a delicious sample that totally won me over. I couldn’t resist trying their coffee too, and it was absolutely fantastic. Such a lovely experience I’ll definitely be coming back!

Exceptionally friendly service with some really lovely gifts. The visual merchandising is done really well and the layout is easy to spot differing items. The chocolate is really tasty. We especially loved the shards and freckles... Love the Nana Huchy stuffed toys. Highly recommend with plenty of off street parking

A great part of Geelong's local business industry. The people who run Freckleberry are warm, friendly, and are great to work with. Emily and Zoe are so helpful, and they really helped me last year with setting up my advent calendar. Also, to the chocolate is delicious, and they have awesome hot chocolates and coffees.

We took our two children here while on holidays. We got a block of caramel chocolate, chocolate pretzels and a chocolate pizza. All were good quality and priced on par with other chocolate shops these days. My son loved watching the staff make other chocolates. I noticed that there were hampers and kits available. I could see the chocolate pizza making kit being a great activity for a kid's party. Plenty in the store for loot bags too. The freckle numbers would be fun cake toppers or gifts to accompany a birthday present.
