Absolutely terrible experience. I brought my daughter in to get her ears pierced and the service was shocking from start to finish. The staff were not welcoming and displayed very poor customer service. She pierced both ears at the same time without any warning, and one of the piercings completely failed. She attempted it again, failed a second time, then told us to "walk around and settle our child" and come back for another try. At no point did she explain that repeated attempts could cause infection or that we would need to wait 3–4 months for it to heal before trying again. When we asked for a refund, she began blaming my child’s eczema and told us to "call the boss," even though another staff member said the boss wouldn’t be in until the next day. She kept walking away mid-conversation to serve other customers and refused to take responsibility. To make things worse, she made a complaint to security and even took photos of me and my child without consent. This entire experience was unprofessional, unsafe, and incredibly upsetting. I would not recommend this place to anyone—especially for children’s piercings. 0STARS IF I COULD, 1 star is just being too nice

Worst place to get threading!!! Went there this morning, lady doesn't know how to thread. After she cut my face she then asked if I wanted a facial!!! What a joke!! Please train your staff how to thread and not just make money by offering other services when they have no skills. Came home with cuts!!! Never again!! DO NOT waste your time and money at this disgusting beauty salon!!!!

Did oyr eyelash perming today with my friend. It took us 30mins for the session. We thought it's good but to our surprise nothing happened. Don't go there. It was terrible.

I must say I got my brows done love them but when I went to get my lashes the worst experience I’ve ever experienced I had to walk out before I threw hands. The fact the chick who was doing my eyelashes blamed me for gluing one of my eyes shut!!!!! Not only that she cut my real lashes!!!! I told her to stop and just remove it the way she handled it was outrageous!!! Do not recommend this place at all

Price for eyebrow threading was shown to be $15. When I went to pay after I had to pay $3 extra as I am a 'male'... This is absurd. The eyebrow threading was done well with no complaints in that regards.

I did my eyebrows yesterday from there, first of all it was very painful, I never experienced this much pain and then she did not pluck extra hairs, and did not clean up after or any aftercare cream, she didn't even ask. Very unprofessional service, wont recommend to anyone.

I had my eyebrows done at mount druitt yesterday. The staff was was not friendly to start with. Secondly she just did it as a task. Also I had so many cuts on my skin. Pathetic customer service.
