Ana created a personalised skin protocol for me and the results have been incredible. Her depth of knowledge and clinical expertise truly sets her apart. I also had a low-frequency NeoGen treatment, and the results after just one session were amazing. My skin felt firmer, smoother and visibly more refreshed, with improvements I genuinely wasn’t expecting so quickly. Their Hydraa Skin product range has also been a standout throughout my skin journey. It’s intensely hydrating, leaves my skin feeling plump and balanced, and gives that healthy, luminous glow without feeling heavy. For a cosmeceutical line, it’s also refreshingly affordable, making long-term skin health achievable. Since starting, I receive compliments on my skin almost daily. I couldn’t recommend Ana, NeoGen or the Hydraa Skin line more highly at Diamond Medi Spa!

I’ve left a 5 start review before, but I’m doing one again. Ana has been such a huge part of my skin journey and I honestly couldn’t be more thankful for her. From the very first appointment she made me feel comfortable, supported and cared for. She has helped me not only with my skin, but also mentally and emotionally, always checking in on how I’m feeling and making sure I feel heard. She genuinely cares about her clients and puts so much passion into her work. I recently had a 60-minute full-body massage with Fabiola, and it was truly one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a long time. She was attentive, asked about pressure preferences, and checked in throughout the session without interrupting the flow. The room was calming, clean, and filled with soft music that helped me unwind immediately. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely free of the tension I walked in with. Highly recommend!

My wife had a facial treatment here and she was extremely happy with the experience. The staff were professional, welcoming, and very attentive throughout the session. The treatment was relaxing and her skin felt refreshed and glowing afterward. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality skin treatments.

I went in for the Red Carpet Treatment package and it was amazing! everybody was so lovely and I felt safe/comfortable the whole time. I left feeling so relaxed after my massage and facial, could not recommend enough

I was struggling so much today, looked online to find somewhere to go for a massage and luckily enough they had one last appointment free.
