Wonderful service from the staff in the store this morning. The young staff member who helped me knew exactly what my daughter needed for aerobics and picked her size perfectly straight away.

The customer service is brilliant every time we go in. My girls are always fitted for ballet shoes perfectly and are very comfortable there.

I love this place! The staff are really friendly and not condescending at all, unlike some other dance places I've been to, they remembered me when I came back, always have great specials, and stayed open 20 minutes late for me to find the perfect gymnastics outfit 😁 would highly recommend, I'll definitely be going back there. Sale bin is updated very regularly too!!

Horrible! This is the most disorganized and terribly run facility I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They incorrectly detail items on the website, people running the phones to clear up errors continue make the same mistakes and send incorrect products. I have had a love-hate relationship with Capezio in the past and now it's back to a solid hatred. I will never purchase from them again, nor will I allow my casts, costumes, or students in Australia or the U.S.
