We went in store to have a look at cases for our laptop when we were approached by a young gentleman by the name of Luke. He was ABSOLUTELY amazing! Even though the product we wanted wasn’t being sold in store anymore he still went above and beyond to give us some suggestions as to where online we could purchase such item. He also informed us of his personal experience with his laptop. He was friendly and informational. Highly recommend Luke if you need anything.

Went in today to get some of my Christmas shopping done with my partner, when Chelle (most amazing sales person ever) greeted us swiflty and was such an amazing help!! Not only did she do us a great deal, we also had a great chat through the madness that is Christmas shopping. Coming back soon to sort out more presents! Massive thanks again Chelle 🥹😝

Staff don’t know anything, one pointed me into one corner for a "jack splitter" then it wasn’t there, I asked another staff member before being pointed in another completely different direction, couldn’t find anything to do with audio, then finally, someone who actually knows what they’re doing, says they don’t have them. Please employ experienced people. None of these 16 - 20 year olds have no idea what I was talking about.

The staff are really helpful here & it's not as crazy hectic as the North Lakes store, which is a bonus. The store also seems bigger/not as over stuffed as the North Lakes store. It might not be but if you prefer a more relaxed shopping experience this is a good option.

Big thanks to Chloe when my PlayStation suddenly stopped working. She was very helpful and patient. Great work and thank you! I really appreciated JB’s warranty plan as it meant new PS5 and controllers immediately.

my partner and had went into jb hifi 23/12/2025. to purchase a Nintendo switch and a few other items, we were served by this lovely lady named Katherine, she was very lovely in assisting my partner and i. her customer service was very genuine she was bubbly and happy we loved her energy. she is a credit to your company 🙂 .

I was originally going to do all my Christmas shopping at the good guys, and Chelle really changed my mind on that after walking into the morayfield store yesterday with my partner.
