So after coming to the store to get new strings put on my daughter's guitar that she got give from my dad. It was preserved super well Untill left here over night and this is how we get it back with all these damages....
Decided to have my old man’s acoustic guitar re strung and a quick tidy up. Steve was all over it had it re strung and tuned that day couldn’t be happier would definitely recommend.

Bought an Ibanez electric guitar from this shop and found staff to be informative and friendly. A great experience
I've been in here three times and each time, the guy serving was so incredibly rude. It's like he was hired to ensure customers don't ever come back. He was chucking tantrums the likes of which one would expect from a superstar having been given the wrong drink. I couldn't believe what I was seeing and hearing. Big thumbs down!
On their facebook page it says they offer services ( guitar strings replaced) well they don't, their rude, not helpful at all, it's like you are a inconvenience to them by walking through the door. Very unhappy people who can not be bothered to help you. So don't waste your time going there, they do not offer you any services what so ever.
