Today I took my teenage daughter here for a mother daughter day, and we both had such a lovely experience! It was my daughter’s first time getting her eyebrows threaded, and the lady did a fantastic job. She was gentle, patient, and made my daughter feel completely comfortable. For me, my brows were quite uneven and had been over-plucked in the past, but the beautician did an amazing job correcting and balancing them. We both left feeling so happy with the results. Thank you for such wonderful service. We’ll definitely be back!

I went in to get my brow threaded and a lash and lift tint. While I was getting my lash lift and tint done I didn’t realise but she also tinted my eyebrows. I freaked out, As I had no idea she was doing this and never said that she was. I also never asked her to as I have never had anyone tint my brows. I’m blonde hair and now I have dark black brows. All they did was just rub make-up remover over them and then just kept quite. Pretty disappointing and I won’t be going back. The lady was so unhelpful did not see how serious this was as my eyebrows were black and still made me pay $100. Won’t be going back, you should know what your clients wants and also makes sure you help when there is a problem. I am now trying to find someone to fix this issue, which is costing me money.

Wonderful staff. My beautician made my day, she told me I had beautiful skin. I had a baby 9 months ago and work full time so haven't been able to get much self care in lately. She did a great job and that little compliment was very kind and made my heart smile

I did my infill on the 1st of September Monday. The staff are friendly and welcoming. However the lady who did my lashes wasn’t that good. She is rushing and when I ask her for a little fan to dry out the glue she decline she said that should be alright and dry out shortly. When I came home my eyes still stinging and irritated. Then after two days my lashes start falling out. She told me a week after lashes will be start falling out. But it’s not even a week my lashes look terrible already too many gaps due to a bounce of lashes falling out. The lady who did my lashes and 1st infill she is amazing but the lady who did my second infill not too good. I am disappointed.

Definitely would not recommend getting brows done here, the tint was horrible and un even shape. Missed so many hairs from the wax and threading done. Left there with wax still attached to my eyelids. Obviously they need more professional staff who are qualified to work there in that department. Very disappointed leaving there my brows look dark, un even and so many missed hair. Will not be back there ever again.

Went in for an eyebrow threading, tint & lamination. Threading went really well was happy with the results, they proceeded to laminate my eyebrows and then finally tint them, after tinting they wiped away the tint with water which I believe should not have happened as I’ve been told by every beautician I’ve ever been to not get my brows wet for 24 hours after lamination as this affects the lamination. My lamination only lasted about 2 days. Tried to contact the store in morayfield by email & phone as I paid $100 for a service that should have lasted several weeks but have received no reply. Extremely disappointed by the quality of the service and the level of customer service I have received and I would not recommend this store.
