Bad service not really experienced and slow. Unlike the Sydney Nail bars. Not happy with their service. Got a pedicure and didn’t bother with my nails. They don’t put polish close to the skin so there’s a gap and they don’t push the cuticles back or trim it. When I told her she said no you can’t put polish all the way to the base of the nail otherwise the polish will go on the skin. 🤷🏻‍♀️ However she did it on 3 of my toes. She had an attitude when I asked her to fix it and she wouldn’t. training needs to take place. Wasted my money.

Honestly I get my nails done all the time. However I came here and it was a terrible experience. The guy rushed everything. Didn’t do the detail I came in for. It was burning my nails the whole time and now not even a week later they’re chipping, slowly falling off already and to top it off he didn’t get anywhere close to my cutical. Will they allow a free fix up for THEIR mistakes?

I have not had a bad set of nails done ever! I see either Ella or Kon and they have been absolutely amazing! I will normally give them one colour and they will help me work out the rest of the style/ designs to go. I am very indecisive so I am extremely grateful for their insight and professionalism! And when I get a pedicure, I have ticklish feet and the team are VERY patient with me when it comes to me moving around while they’re trying to work 😂

I have been loyal to this salon for a while but my last few visits have left me feeling deflated and disappointed. My most recent visit I asked for a pedicure and was told to wait 20 minutes, when it was my turn the lady turned on the taps and then forgot about me and nearly flooded the sink. I ended up waiting an hour for the service to start. I requested a flower on my toes to make them a little bit fancy ($5 a nail) and i ended up with 5, smudged dots that are far from even that I could have done myself. I also have white paint smudged set onto the colour due to so many attempts being wiped away. I was then charged $59 for the privilege. The whole pedicure from start to finish was 2 hours. I’m aware they were busy but if I knew it would take so long i wouldn’t have waited. I do note I didn’t complain as after 2 hours I just wanted to go home.

Beautiful nails i was very happy they lasted over 4 weeks. The salon itself was very nice and the workers were lovely, this set was $140 which is on the pricier side. would definitely recommend

Best nails in Morayfield! I see Kon and could not be happier with my nails. I have been getting my nails done for over 25 years and these are the best nails I have ever had. Attention to detail, shape and finish are all excellent. Highly recommend!

I love getting my nails done here and have been back to them again and again for over the past two years. The service is friendly and the salon is farely nice. I often go in with different requests for nail designs and they always do their best to give me what I ask for and the results are gorgeous nails almost every time. Side note I'm a very meticulous customer 😂😂😂 but a happy one. Thank you Beauty Stop Morayfield I will be seeing you again very soon!
