Priceline Pharmacy Mooroolbark

Priceline Pharmacy Mooroolbark is a really good local pharmacy. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, and they’re always willing to take the time to answer questions. Given the store's size, it has a surprisingly decent range of products, and, conveniently, they’re open later than many nearby pharmacies. Overall, it’s a reliable place to go when you need pharmacy items or advice.

Highly recommend this chemist. It's so nice to get personal customer service and not treated like a number (aka Chemist Warehouse). Thank you for always making my shopping experience enjoyable.

I've been going to mooroolbark pharmacy since I was a kid. Now 56,still going for the service from every wonderful person working there. Usually only takes 10 to 15 min witch means you can drop in to Brycees next door for a cold one while you wait.

Went to get a asthma pump for my partner but then get treated like crap and got given a stink eye by one of the staff members like I was stupid, kept questioning me with a rude tone just because I muddled up my words and unnecessarily brought a pharmacist with her for no reason I’m guessing because of the way I was wearing and looked (I also do have autism which is why it is hard for me to put words together sometimes) Treat your customers better don’t bring your nasty attitude to work and treat people like crap. If you can’t handle the workload or can’t handle on having a bad day then quit.

I'm a regular here, I have schizophrenia and multiple other stuff. As I was asked if i wanted this to be my regular pharmacy, expecting some of my meds to be in stock when I come in I figured sure and the past 3 times they have sent me away until the next day saying they haven't ordered my medication in yet, not even an emergency supply or replacement It is now august of 2025 and nothing has changed

Hello When in store today a member of floor staff had gone above and beyond. As part of my job it's important to communicate with management and staff regarding promos displays ticketing making sure we are looking after our brands promoting the correct information to our valued customers. On this occasion I'd like to thank Sylvia for going above and beyond in assisting with her professionalism to making sure that apart of their brands and products stand out and be recognised As merchandiser I can appreciate the time and patience that staff and management give. Never had an issue in store or been discriminated against for not using a mask which I have a genuine medical reason plus I carry my exemption. Buy today to was interrupted whilst I was finishing a phone call in an isle before I dropped my scripts in and I was asked to leave the store, I told them I had an exemption and have never had an issue here in the past. I was met with a hostile tone and told our policy has changed, by this time I was embarrassed and just said Don’t worry I’ll leave, the woman did say I can serve you outside but by that time I was already frustrated. Educate your staff and customer service and how tone sets the mood. Will not be back, went to an independent and welcomed! They even let me wait inside.
