Spotlight Miranda

Holes in the roof. Rain pouring into the store on merchandise and on floor. Electrical cables just hanging from the roof down to the floor. This is multiple hazards waiting for a lawsuit. The rest kf the building outside spotlight is just like this. Been like this for years and have similar photos from a couple years ago. Its public knowledge this is the worst shops in sydney.

Spotlight is adequate but...Car park is rubbish. Will only accept a credit card. We entered on a debit card by mistake then we couldnt get out of the carpark. No one answered the button. No phone number anywhere either on entering or online. KIORA car park does not exist. We were stuck and were contemplating tailgating another car or calling the emergency services to get us out. The car wash staff let us out for a 5.00 fee. Never again will we shop there.

Sharing around.There was a lady that was working in the store when she saw me in my banana suit costume at the shop she has kept me back for know reason. As I shown he the proof of purchase she has kept me back still regarding me to one of the kids "apparently" stealing from the shop.Please try not to come here unless you have to.

I am appalled by the lack of basic human decency at this location. My sister (9 months pregnant) and I were stuck at the exit because the parking system failed to process a standard debit card. We tried calling the assistance button multiple times with no luck. When we approached Spotlight management for help, we were met with complete indifference. It is unthinkable to treat a pregnant customer this way, forcing her to walk back and forth in distress. We even tried calling Miranda Police because we felt so helpless. Utterly pathetic service and a complete failure of management.

If you happen to need to use a toilet whilst visiting the Miranda store be WARNED!! They send you to a ‘public toilet’ in the car park, which by the way is not accessible by wheel chairs and it is basically a vandalized crack den, not joking!!! DO NOT GO IN! It’s terrifying. See pics!!

Useless customer service. I was in store to purchase a photo frame, it was a large frame that was stocked quite high up, out of arms reach. I waited in line to ask the lady at the register if there was anyone available to assist getting the frame down, she told me no and that she was not able to leave the register, I then went to the textiles counter at the back of the store to be told essentially the same thing. What is the point stocking a store with items in unreachable locations only to not have staff available assist customers. It was a busy Saturday and there was only 2 young staff on who were unable to leave their register, and also unable to even contact their team by phone apparently? I ended up leaving with nothing, a useless trip and a waste of time

Lots to look at. Very cluttered. Need a cleanup lesson from Hobby Lobby or Michaels in the states. Clean, organized. Everything put away and easy to find everything
