Priceline Pharmacy Miranda Fair

Well I was in Priceline recently, searching for the elusive WaterMelon Frost Powder. Whilst I didn't find that particular product here I did find a bonjela which I bought, which is a perfectly good product as the other stuff. Both products are very good and suitable for the same purpose. I tell you though, the isles are so why'd you could drive a car down the middle is just so wonderful walking through shops like this compared to back home. Has great to see the tremendous variety that the pharmacies have here in Australia. The shop has super friendly helpful staff. Amazingly, amazingly they can go to the exact location of any product I asked for!

I am a Sisterhood member and a regular customer and was genuinely looking forward to the make-up sale. Unfortunately, the cosmetics sales assistant, a middle-aged woman with blonde hair, was rude, dismissive, and offered little to no assistance when I asked for help. The interaction felt unwelcoming and took away from what should have been an enjoyable experience. This was disappointing and not the standard of customer service I expect as a loyal customer.

This Priceline is terrible. I came in during the skincare bag promo and asked one of the girls if they stocked the tony moly brand as it was a part of the skin care bag. The girl was unsure and offered to ask someone else which i was fine with, however she got a person who seemed to be in charge, and that girl told me that since they are a franchise they do not stock it (which i understand completely) HOWEVER, i go into the next aisle and see the brand sitting there. i tell the girl who said they don’t stock it this is the brand and she said "oh". i then go to register, and the girl on the register with dark long hair (don’t know her name) was so rude. Not saying rude things, but just "want a bag or what?" "are u a sister club member? give me ur card" and i said i don’t have my card but i can give u my mobile and she sighed. Then, she said i had $5 off and then told me i could not use it coz i wouldn’t have spent enough to get the skincare bag and i asked why she offered to take it off then and she said "idk i forget". I’ve been told that menai and sutherland priceline have much better customer service, but i was not expecting to encounter clueless staff members on the floor, and rude people on registers. recently went to sutherland after, and had an amazing experience. whoever owns/managers this store, PLEASE train your staff properly on manners.

I had an amazing experience being served by Emily this afternoon! I was color matching a foundation, and she went above and beyond to assist me. Her proactive approach and outstanding service made my visit truly enjoyable ☺️

Priceline Miranda Pharmacy, thank you. I have been coming for a number of years to get my prescriptions filled and on occasion to ask advice about particular products. I have been thrilled with the friendly and professional service I have received on all occasions. With the lead up to Christmas, thank you for the continued good service. Merry Christmas to all Pharmacy staff and Priceline staff at Miranda.

If I could id give 0, abaolutely DISGUSTING service and I will be making a formal complaint to priceline Head office. The pharmacist on the Saturday was DISGUSTING and said that im not going to prioritise you and order your medicine over my regulars when she said she can order two but she won't. And THIS is AFTER making me wait 20 minutes after I called and the CONFIRMED they had the medication which they DIDINT anyway, yet I was told that after they made me wait for the script to NOT be filled.

Worst customer service. Everytime. Staff are so rude with bad attitudes and look like they’re dying on the inside. Every time it’s a shitty experience and everyone I know says the same thing.
