I’ve been coming to Fair Beauty for a while now, and they never miss. The shop is always spotless, the staff is incredibly friendly and always gets it done right! Special shoutout to Simona for always being so meticulous and always giving me the perfect eyebrow shapes. It’s hard to find a salon you can trust completely, but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had a face wax a couple of days ago - I should have told the women after she applied the wax that it was very hot, but too late then. After coming home felt that my face was burned and when I checked my face, noticed that the skin was burnt - will not be going back again and will inform my family and friends to avoid this place - see photos

I told them I would leave a bad review after a botched up waxing job and they refused a refund. They said they would just reply and deny it!!! Do not go here. You can see many others have had similar experiences, not just me. I have read other reviews where they have only given a half refund after the customer has had to really pressure them for a service not being done properly. This is so unprofessional. When I had hair left on my legs after a full leg wax I had to really plead my case over and over and they finally told me they would agree to a half refund as the job had been half done!!! What an absolute joke!!!

Terrible experience. This salon was good only when the old management and skilled staff were around. Now the workers seem totally inexperienced. I explained clearly what I wanted, yet they did something else completely. After runing half my face, they said I’ll can return in two days when someone more experienced is available. Who does that? They ruined the service, didn’t apologise, and still charged me. Extremely unprofessional. Avoid this place.

Had a spray tan recently and I have to say it was the worst spray tan I’ve ever had. I walked out embarrassed by how I looked but I was hoping after a shower it would wash off nicely. It was uneven, blotchy and a terrible colour plus it was $50.. so expensive for a cheap product and a beautician who clearly had not been trained. Don’t do it!

A chunk of my eyebrow was waxed off. I was then told I had a small gap where hair "doesn’t grow" and that I should get a tint. I said I didn’t have time or want a tint, but it was applied anyway and described as being "on the house," with the comment that I couldn’t spend Christmas like that. I was still charged for the eyebrow wax. I was told not to wash the tint off so it could set. When I washed my face at home, the section of eyebrow that had been removed was clearly visible and had been masked with tint, which has since made the gap more noticeable. I would have accepted an honest mistake; I was not okay with it being misrepresented and covered up.

2 Days ago I had gone to fair beauty to get an eyebrow wax job as I was recommended by a friend. I will never be coming back here as when I got them waxed it felt as though the lady had waxed over the same spots 3 times causing her to rip my skin and leave scarring and scabbing. Not only that but I have naturally thick browns and she has made them really thin and left patches. When letting the manager know the same day what had happened I was not compensated for the beautician butchering my eyebrows. Don't go here!.
