It was a wonderful experience. All the staff are lovely and nice and I had a wonderful time there and my nails didn’t take that long. I would definitely come back for the fourth time. I love this place so much 100% would recommend and my nails look absolutely amazing it’s the exact same colour the exact same thing I wanted. I will show the inspo to show the accuracy of These Nail technicians, they are absolutely talented💗

I am obsessed with my nails. Very friendly staff. Very passionate and amazing at what they do. They did an amazing job. 10/10 experience!!

Walked in for a manicure and pedicure with shellac and while the outcome of the nails wasn’t too bad (not overly impressed with the application on the fingernails), the customer service is appalling. The staff agree to too many customers at once, resulting in long wait times, or an extremely delayed process. I sat for 10 minutes with my feet in the water while the staff member left the salon. She returned and continued, leaving again and coming back with a drink for herself. Someone else took over and was working in between 2-3 customers. All in all an hour and a half total for an underwhelming finish, with two customers coming in during the time I was there to complain about their nails only lasting 3 days or unhappy with the messy results. Not worth your time or money.

Extremely dissapointed with this Nail Salon. I would not go back again. I received a $85 voucher for a Shellac Manicure and Pedicure... the pedicure was fine, however the shellac manicured started to bubble. I requested the person in charge to remove it but give me a credit note as I didnt want to do them again as my nails were already thin! and they did not take any responsibility for it. The person in charge was rude and as usual spoke on their language to the other staff. English is not my first language either but I make an effort! Horrible experience... I am not going back to this place.

DO NOT GO!! Had the worst experience yesterday, been a client for a long time. Had a lady I hadn’t seen before do my shallac pedicure and biab infill nails. I was cut on my big toe badly. I was bleeding a lot. She held my toe and apologised- I was upset but at that stage okay. Onto nails she made me bleed 3 times and wiped it with her bare hands. I asked for $10 off and she said no, finally got her to say yes then she said "cash only" or "pay id" there was no signage of this. I said no. She then charged me $130, I don’t remember it being that much especially not with $10 off. Was too angry to even bother, paid and left. Never going again. Was a client that came every 3 weeks. Such a shame

First review I’ve left on google. Don’t normally bother and always give places a 2nd chance but this place Used to be wonderful. Had a horrible experience today. It was rushed, I asked for a pedicure and it was not done properly, no cuticle work at all. I asked twice about it during the process and was ignored. Complained when I went to pay and the ‘manager’ lied about seeing her do it. Will never be back. Plenty of other places to go with much better service and results.

I had the worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had at this salon. The staff were extremely unfriendly, gave no clear communication, and showed visible anger and frustration throughout the service. At one point they even started speaking in another language while looking at me, which felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Only one staff member was actually working, while the other four sat around on their phones the entire time. To make things worse, they asked me to pay before the pedicure was even finished, and when I asked for the staff member’s name, they refused to tell me. The whole situation felt rude and dismissive. Overall, the customer service was terrible, the environment was unwelcoming, and the staff showed no interest in providing a proper service. I definitely do not recommend this place and will not be returning.
