Had an amazing experience with Bryson at Mecca yesterday (apologies if I got the name wrong!) I’m always nervous about choosing a new foundation and he nailed the right colour for my skin. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and an absolute delight!

I had the best service from Renee today at the MAC Miranda store. She listened, She advised, she cared, she rescued me and my customer satisfaction with everything from start to finish regarding service as well as the product far exceeded all my expectations. Thank you Renee, MAC Cosmetics are very lucky to have you and I’m very grateful and appreciative to have met you today! Life is good!

I needed a new pressed powder wasnt sure what colour i needed as it's my first time trying a MAC product, The lady who served me was lovely and super helpful. The store was clean and tidy. Sorry i didn't get her name, but on the receipt, it's Operator 692659 =)

Love this store! Lovely & super helpful staff who know their products and are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with your makeup. Some customers should be more considerate of the different trading hours during this time 😊

My favourite Mac store to visit. The staff are always extremely helpful and friendly, happy to assist and as someone who doesn't know much about makeup they have been great in providing tips. Rebecca the store manager was amazing last time I visited.

Disappointing service the staff were too busy having a chat about shopping and seemed really uninterested in helping it was almost like I was bothering them shame the young blonde girl serving didn’t seem like she really wanted to be there . Next time I will go to David Jones 2/1/25
