Had my helix pierced by a lovely girl, Zoe. It was at the Kingsway, Miranda store, a few weeks ago. Awesome service, she seemed as she was a professional with piercing ears, and she made me feel very comfortable during the process. I have had no issues with the healing process. This was one of my best healing piercings, which came as a surprise as it as a helix. Very impressed with Zoe. She deserves recognition. Thank you.

Jaz I had my ears pierced yesterday morning and she was the sweetest made show that I was in no pain she made sure that I was comfortable before piercing. And most importantly she made sure she said the things to prevent infections. I would really recommend her..

It’s unfortunate to see this store go so downhill, I remember a year ago I had lovely service the manager always greeted me.I’ve walked past a few times recently and when entering, no greeting not even a glance over, now the girls sit on there phones on chairs behind the counter this store will not continue to have me as a customer.

Had a terrible experience getting my ears pierced at Lovisa, the 3mm crystal that they offer as a piercing earring is not fit for purpose. Woke up one morning to find that the front of the earring had disappeared inside my ear as it was too small and had slipped backwards, I couldn’t remove it myself as it was completely stuck so had to go to the doctors to get it removed. Do not recommend.

The atmosphere was amazing. Came to Miranda fair Lovisa to get my seconds and helix done and was treated beautifully by Chelsea. She asked for my opinion on the placement, if I wanted a countdown, what the pain scale was and gave me a wonderful, indepth overview of the after care. The piercing was a gun, but was well sanitised and everything was bacteria free. Wonderful treatment.

I got two piercings in my lobe, Natasha was so patient as I changed the distance apart 400 times, was very kind and accommodating and made sure I was absolutely 100% sure and happy before going ahead. Painless and professional. Very happy!
