Exquisite Brows & Spa Miranda

I used to be loyal to this place to get my eyebrows threaded every month, but after Covid their service completely tanked. The lady there is ALWAYS talking on the phone with her AirPods in and she does NOT end the call once she starts service… she continues to talk and BREATHE on your face which is so gross! This has happened so many times that I absolutely refuse to go in here if she is working (which seems to be a lot of the time). Other brow techs there can be nice but this place is just not what it used to be.

Jyoti was lovely. She did a great job with my eyebrows wax and tint. I also had a lip wax and eyelash tint. Very happy with her service and she is professional and caring. I will be back. 😃

My lashes are awful. I'm a regular lash lifter/tinter, and this would have to be the worst out come I've ever had. Which makes me sad because the lady that did it was so nice, just the result is not okay and needs to be addressed.... My lashes have gone frizzy and they've literally broken off... it took me SO long to grow them and a wrong choice in salon has now resulted in me having burnt off lashes... I dont think the solution used was correct... when she took it off my lashes, it actually burned my skin after being in contact with it for milliseconds. I have a burn patch on my eyelid still. Also, I paid for a "tint" and I honestly think she just put waterproof mascara on... I felt the mascara brush... I was instructed to not wet them for 24 hours, so i did as i was told, and then next morning I woke up with black panda eyes, like i'd gone to bed with mascara on... I washed my face, still avoiding the eye area as it hadn't be 24 hours yet, then later in the day, i looked in the mirror and had panda eyes again!!! Then, I finally decided to wash my eyes and all the black disappeared lol. Definitely mascara... Avoid. DO YOUR RESEARCH. READ REVIEWS BEFORE TRUSTING THESE SALONS. Some are great, and some simply shouldn't be in business.

I had an amazing experience with Jyoti at Exquisite Brows and Spa in Miranda! She did an absolutely perfect job with my eyebrows — shaped them beautifully and exactly how I wanted. She was gentle, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. You can really tell she knows her craft. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for flawless brows and great service. Went today at 3.30 and got serviced by Jyoti. Could tell she was inexperienced (hand was slow and tight) and she was very rude. I asked her if she could be gentle, and she responded ‘I don’t know how to, I am doing every stroke same’! I wanted to get my entire face and neck threaded, and stopped at just brows. That’s how bad it was. Rough hands and even rougher tongue

Do not come here. As soon as I walked into the shop the lady was so rude. She argued with me about not being able to tint my eyebrows because I had tan on to which I explained to her I had the tan done a couple of days ago and I am aware that the eyebrows can go orange and she still refused service saying "I can still smell it". After going ahead with just a thread, she was so rough and then when I went to pay she had earphones in and was singing to herself…not coming back.

I feel like a new person everytime after Jyoti threads my eyebrows. She takes her time doing it and she is also friendly!
