Dice Arcade

Dice Arcade is easily my favourite games shop in Sydney. The owner, Tim, is friendly and the customer service both in the store and online is amazing. The culture surrounding the shop is amazing too. We recently moved away from the area and visiting this shop is one of the few things I miss. Thankfully their online store is just as fantastic, communication is top notch and the delivery time is super quick!

Honestly an odd experience, I call up to ask Tim the business owner if he can match the price of a neighboring store that has the item in stock. I get the response back "no you always call up asking for a discount in a condescending manor" - Very left field considering I have called twice before, once to ask if a price could be offered on bulk sales, eg: cases of stock. And the second time was to see if he had orders coming in for a new release. I was doing him a favor by offering to buy the items from his store over another that has an I.P 100x the size of Dice Arcade but in turn I get spoken down to. Interesting business model to insult a customer over the difference of a few dollars, especially when it's for a price match that's still above RRP.

Great product range, was able to grab a few things cheaper than from competitors and great customer service. Had an issue with an item that must have broke during transit, but it was resolved and refunded within the week by emailing the business. The rest of the products arrived in perfect condition.

Customer service is great. Unless you are a customer and you want service. They don't reply to emails. Nobody home. Spend $5 more and deal with one of the many other online stores that has people working for it and will actually talk to you. 2 stars because orders arrived. Not 5 stars because order unable to be amended or changed even if you attempt to contact them straight away. Drop ship bull ship. Just a machine god with no humanity. Dice Arcade (trading as Warforless), don't bother responding to this review until you first respond to my email... Order placed in mother in law's name as delivered to her address. Only took them 3 months to respond to the negative review 😉

Love visiting Dice Arcade. I attend their monthly Age of Sigmar event and pop in often for supplies. Customer service game is strong, clean and welcoming atmosphere, plenty of product on shelf and generally a nice place to visit.

The passion and helpfulness of the staff of Dice Arcade is phenomenal. They care about their customers, their hobbies and the wargaming community. An excellent selection of TCG, hobby supplies and mini wargaming at great prices. If they don't have it, they'll get it in for you. If you need inspiration, they'll point you in the right direction. If you want a space to play and hang out with other people who are passionate about their hobbies, they're right there.

Dice arcade is an awesome store. They are a great community hub and the staff always go out of their way to help. Thoroughly reccomended
