This was my first visit to Contour Clinic and my second time doing Rejuran (my first one was in Indonesia). I’m so impressed! Dr. Martiane Bersano was amazing — very gentle, informative, and made me feel comfortable. The front desk team was also super friendly and welcoming. Such a great experience!"

They always explain in detail what the treatment involves before every treatment and are always happy to answer any questions you may have, even a few days after the treatment!. Had an amazing experience with Dr Martiane. The ladies at front desk were very helpful and was offered a glass of water while I waited. I then had photos taken and went straight through to see the doctor. Had a great consultation and had all my questions answered clearly. Have booked in for my treatment and can’t wait to be back.

My hubby purchased a gift voucher (via Ilumae) as a lovely birthday/push present. Our trouble started immediately. We booked a mole/sun spot removal at the Miranda clinic, but days before the appointment, a doctor was unavailable, and we were asked to reschedule. Since we couldn't reschedule our planned day, I decided to use the voucher for skincare products instead. When I arrived, the Miranda staff struggled to locate the voucher in their system. We showed them the confirmation email, but they couldn't find the redemption code. We noticed the original purchase email did not contain a gift card code or barcode, making it impossible to redeem. The reception blamed a system update from December for the technical issues and staff confusion. Despite the technical dilemma, they allowed me to purchase products, confirming they would manually deduct the amount. They promised to send an invoice with the remaining balance—which we never received. The Miranda clinic's inability to manage their own voucher system and their failed promise of sending the balance left us completely in the dark and set the stage for all future problems. Do not purchase vouchers if you plan to use them here. The system is broken, and communication is non-existent.

I booked a consultation weeks ago, and confirmed the appointment days in advance when they called me. When I went in I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and asked to fill out some forms. 20 minutes later, (for a 15 minute consultation appointment) I’m still sitting in the waiting room and haven’t been spoken to since. I asked the same receptionist how much longer it would be and she said there was still another person in front of me. I understand that this is somewhat of a medical practice but it’s frustrating to confirm appointment times with patients just to then leave them waiting in the clinic with no communication about how long they’ll be waiting for. The receptionist asked when I’d like to reschedule for but I don’t know if I’ll be going back. In future if you could please communicate wait times with your patients it would help a lot, I would have even been happier to receive a call in advance that the clinic was busy and that the wait may be slightly longer, or even to ask if I’d like to reschedule. Or at the very least to be told there’d be a wait when I checked in. All in all I feel like I’ve wasted a chunk of my afternoon (not to mention the weeks I’ve spent waiting for this appointment), and have had to leave with no answers to my problems. All in all a disappointing experience from a clinic so highly recommended 🙁

The team make you feel so welcome and comfortable visiting is always the highlight of the day.

I’m really disappointed with how this clinic handled my appointment. I was running late due to traffic, and they suddenly called to threaten a $200 penalty fee—a fee that was never mentioned or disclosed when I booked or confirmed. What makes it worse is the double standard: in past visits, I showed up on time and still waited 20–30 minutes, and I never complained. But the moment I was delayed, they jumped straight to an undisclosed fee. If they needed to reschedule, that would’ve been totally fine. But threatening a hidden charge is unacceptable. This whole experience showed a lack of transparency and professionalism. I won’t be returning, and I’d warn others to ask for all fee policies in writing because they didn’t provide any to me.
