Was excited to buy a coco mademoiselle fragrance today however the attendant with glasses who served me was quite rude when I tried to clarify the prices with the sizing. Her tone and demeanour was blunt like we were children. I was most interested to check out the refillable perfume spray version but she said it was limited and out of stock, felt like she didn't try to help me at all. Left a sour taste in my mouth so I left to buy a fragrance from aesop opposite who had wonderful customer service instead.

Some staff are helpful, only afew are not , narcissistic behaviour. Customer are always right no matter what,It's their job as a retail staff ( at the store or on the phone),especially at a classic beauty like Chanel ,to be polite.

What fabulous Staff and Service. Helped me replace all my make-up and perfumes without missing a beat and knew every product I favoured and wanted. The City stores could learn a thing or two about customer service here. An absolute delight on an off chance visit to the Shire. Every item was packaged and boxed beautifully.

I had a wonderful experience with Poppy at the Chanel store in Miranda. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand what I wanted and did an amazing job on my makeup—it was flawless! Her expertise and attention to detail truly stood out. Had my makeup done by Amelia for my birthday yesterday and she was so fantastic! Amazing customer service and she made me look and feel so beautiful. I didn’t feel rushed at all and she took her time showing me different products and tailored everything to my needs. I’ll definitely be coming back in soon!

Had my makeup done to go to a wedding and absolutely loved it! Thank you to the lovely Poppy for making me feel special. It was busy in the store and she had to attend to a few customers and was so apologetic for it. I actually didn’t mind waiting the couple of time as people do need to be served and I was in no hurry.
