Rude lady who completely ruined my eyebrows and was so rough with them that she lefts cuts everywhere! Do not recommend

Surprised to see all the negative reviews here as I always have a great experience at this place. Have been getting my eyebrows threaded for 7-8 years and have visited a range of places in Sydney and Melbourne and this is the best one in terms of value for money and quality. The ladies are quick, professional and do the best job keeping my natural shape.

Rajana always does my eyebrows so perfectly!! She really knows what she’s doing. Ive been in Australia for 3 years and she is the first eyebrow specialist im satisfied with. She knows how to shape eyebrows that don't look alike.

My Girlfriend went here to get her eyebrows done, the lady messed up and made them uneven. After she paid, the lady that did it insulted her to justify her screw up. So unprofessional, would rate zero stars if possible, don't go here!

I went to Brow designers Miranda for the first time. Bhawna did a beautiful job of eyebrow threading. All my friends asked me about the amazing job she did. I would recommend Bhawna for anyone who wants a very professional person. I have tried earlier in many parlours but was not fully satisfied with the job. Thank you Bhawna for the beautiful job. Keep it up.

Unhygienic. The lady refused to wear a mask to do my eyebrows. The "professional" who was to do my eyebrows had big sores on her lips, they should be more mindful and being more hygienic.

I have been going here for years but one of the staff in particular is very rude and completely ignored my presence when I am sitting waiting for half an hour and happily chats with the person in the chair and doesn't even turn around to say won't be long . I left and went elsewhere. And another time I arrived at the opening time and was rudely told that she "has just arrived" and come back later. I came back when she said and already another person was in the chair! I won't be coming back when she is working or will go elsewhere
