There's nothing like walking in to the Benefit Brow Bar and being welcomed with a happy smiley and effervescent Amy...Amy is always welcoming and does fantastic job with my eyebrows.. I always leave from there feeling great. Highly recommend

I may have come at a bad time, wanted to talk about products and repurchasing my favourite eyebrow pencil. They were super busy and I felt very rushed, like I was an inconvenience and they just wanted me out of there. The 4 stars is for the lady who took the time to swatch the eyebrow pencil to make sure it was the right one, that was very kind. But I didn’t exactly feel very welcome as all staff were very busy and focussed on doing tints and treatments on their clients. I think next time I should just buy my stuff and get out, save my anxiety.but as always, I’ve been using the eyebrow pencil for years and it’s genuinely the best.

I tried my luck with a last minute walk in today at Benefit in Myer. The lovely Sienna was available and did such an excellent job of my eyebrows. She has great attention to detail and really knows her stuff - I’d definitely recommend her!

I had a wonderful experience at the Benefit Brow Bar. The stylist was very professional, made thoughtful suggestions for makeup products, and did an excellent job shaping my brows and tinting my eyelashes. I left feeling really happy with the results and will definitely be coming back!
