I travel to Mildura to visit family several times a year. If I need anything I give them a visit. Even once I had run out a script and they dispensed the medication and were happy for me to come back with a new one.

I started going to this chemist almost a year ago now, They have been nothing but polite and helpful after having surgery on my knee and 6 surgeries on my back. I am always welcomed with a smile, even greeted by my name my. The pharmacist there she is amazing, kind and respectful. And as for the girls working there they are just amazing always wanting to help or have a chat while you wait if they’re not busy but it is a busy little chemist, even while I wait for medication, I love the fact that I can have a browse around and always walk out with something extra in my hand due to the great deals they have. I wouldn’t choose any other chemist to go to now, Going through my recovery and finding out other things have gone wrong, they always make me smile in my place of pain.

Very disappointed today with unfriendly service - not a smile or friendly word in sight!. Went in to collect a birthday gift from out daughter and told quite frostily nothing for us and most likely at other store. After phoning our daughter and getting more info hey presto our items were found. No apology. EDIT: not sure why this posted on this pharmacy as it was Chemist Warehouse at 15th, Home-maker site that I had this bad experience. Apologies to Direct Chemist

I attend here for the post office. It is easy access Lovel helpful staff and no fuss posting parcels. Also have a variety of gifts and the cherry on top is the chemist next door if you need to pop in.

The pharmacist on duty this afternoon 9/6/22 at around 5 was extremely rude and unhelpful. Told me she was too busy to look at the wound on my hand. She also spoke very rudely to one of the younger assistants. When she finally looked at my hand…she was quite abrupt and very unfriendly. I won’t be going back there anytime soon.

The best pharmacy in Mildura the most friendly kind and knowledgeable pharmacist assistants, staff and pharmacists, excellent range of products too! You can't go wrong, thank you Mildura DCO!
