I had an appt booked for a new set of eyelash extensions, I had asked the lady for sizes 10,11 and 12 I asked for volume lashes and was definitely not given what I had asked for. I got super short lashes and looks like I literally have no lash extensions, she did not cover all my natural lashes and missed majority of them! I also got my eyebrows threaded and tinted, she made them so thin and had tint stained in spots I didn’t even have hair! Walked out looking absolutely ridiculous and out of pocket $156 absolutely very upset and disappointed that I didn’t get the service I had requested! Especially when I had paid that much and was left very disappointed. At the time I was too embarrassed an was afraid to say anything and it was also closing time. Would definitely not recommend this place and if I could I’d give this place 0 stars

I have such fine hair that every beautician asks if I shave the ends of my eyebrows. The answer is no! It’s just genetics. She was quick, gentle, and very precise — my brows look so neat and well-shaped. The whole process was smooth and not too painful at all. I love this business, I come here to get my brows shaped and tinted, and sometimes my lashs lifted, I love the convenience of just popping in after shopping/getting nails done. Hena is so amazing.
