MECCA Melbourne Central

I had a really great experience with Sunni at MECCA Melbourne Central. I was looking for a concealer but wasn’t sure which one would work best for my skin tone. Sunni was so kind and helpful—she took the time to talk me through different options, gave me great advice on application, and recommended other products that would work well for my skin. She made the whole experience feel really comfortable and enjoyable. I really appreciated her patience and knowledge. Thank you Sunni!

I had a truly great experience with Jesslyn at Macca’s. It was my first time visiting, and I was a bit unsure about choosing the right foundation for my skin tone. Jesslyn was extremely helpful and patient—she took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect shade for my skin. She also suggested a colour-correcting primer, which made a big difference and showed her knowledge and experience. She was very polite, kind, and welcoming throughout the whole experience, which made me feel comfortable and confident with my choices. Jesslyn is a lovely girl with a beautiful attitude toward customers. I really appreciate her help and hope God blesses her always.

Took my daughter to Mecca whilst we were in Melbourne for her 10th birthday. We had the loveliest experience. Julia and Evelyn were absolutely wonderful with her — so kind, patient, and genuinely engaging. They made her feel really special and even gave her some samples as a birthday treat, which made her day. Such beautiful customer service and a memory she’ll never forget. Amazing experience today in this store. Beautiful Beitris helped me out. The best experience I have had with any Mecca completed helped me pick out almost a full face of products with using on my face and matched my needs. Thank you so much couldn’t ask for better service!

Phil, the manager, is an absolute angel. I was overwhelmed and overstimulated by personal problems but he and his staff created a warm and inviting atmosphere. I left the shop with an amazing all time favourite product, the two-faced contour. 10/10 would recommend coming here. They have a wide range of product and on top of that, they have amazing workers and managers who genuinely want whats best for their customers, which makes the best experience. Mecca at melbourne central is literally the definition of sunshine and rainbows, pure happiness over there.❤️❤️

I just wanted to give a massive shout out to Sophie!! She said she works at the Melbourne central store (if i remember correctly). She was super helpful and sooo lovely to me at the AO on Monday. I had two wonderful interactions with her at the pink shop and at the huts. So friendly and knowledgeable. She definitely represents the brand in the best way!!!

I had the most amazing natural glam appointment at Mecca Melbourne Central with Aria. She was so warm and lovely and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. I absolutely loved the final look — she recreated my inspo pic perfectly and made me feel so confident. Aria truly went above and beyond, helping me find products to purchase and making sure everything suited me. I couldn’t recommend her (and the artists here) more if you want to look and feel incredible for a special event.
