Jess is absolutely amazing! I’ve gone to her for nano-therapy, SMP, and lash extensions, and she has always gone above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and happy with the results. Her attention to detail and professionalism really stand out, and she genuinely cares about her clients. Jess has also taken great care of my family — we all trust her completely! I visited Jess for eyebrow and eyeliner tattooing service, and was blown away by her work and professionalism. Upon arrival, she was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and walked me through each of the procedures. I have had my eyebrows tattooed at various different places over the past decade and can confidently say that Jess is truly a master in her craft - she has such an outstanding technique. Jess ensures her services are tailored to her clients' preferences - for my eyebrows, I informed her that I prefer them to look natural at the front and more defined towards the end, and I could not be happier with the result. I have been following Jess on Instagram for years and finally moved back to Sydney. I booked in to get my eyebrows done but didn’t even really know exactly what I wanted. I just knew I trusted her and I had seen her work before. She was so professional and such a perfectionist. I felt no discomfort during or after the tattooing either. I’ve just had my third touch up with her for my brows. With every touch ups, I’ve got a lots of compliments and this third touch up is the best! She always learns new techniques and updates her skill. She is truly talented when it comes to blow design.
