I had the incredible talents of Jody create a new look for me this weekend. It has been met with an immense amount of compliments. I have been seriously unwell so to feel the way I do now after Jody worked her magic has been a Godsend 🥰 I recommend Jody 100% to all.

Amazing experience! The staff were so warm and welcoming, which made me feel really comfortable from the start. I went a light brown/blonde and it turned out perfectly exactly how I was imagining. You can tell they really care about their clients. Highly recommend!

Halo hair straightener purchased August 2024 from hair house Sunshine plaza. June 2025 product was in use, placed item down on the counter and the outer casing shattered exposing the ceramic plate and electrics. Contacted store and was advised to contact head office. This brand is exclusive to the company who sells it and they have refused to refund or exchange despite the 2yr warranty they advertise. Read previous reviews this seems to be a common situation. Product is substandard and quite frankly dangerous, not by any means made to last and does not compare to similar items on the market despite the recommendation you receive at time of purchase from staff. I have lodged an official complaint with consumer affairs and also made a product safety complaint. Staff were rude and unhelpful, no resolution met. Do not waste your money.

Best haircut I have ever had. Sami always takes the time to really understand what I want and she really is very talented when it come to dealing with my difficult hair!!

Had my hair cut here. Told her what I wanted I was very specific its how i always have it cut she did the complete opposite said it looked better her way she didn't discuss it with me or ask permission she just decided I hated it I paid went somewhere else to fix it.

Jo was amazing! She fit both my daughter and I in for a hair treatment. The experience was amazing from start to finish! She was welcoming, has one of the best head massages I’ve ever had, gave great hair advice and styled our hair beautifully! I also liked that she has old school hairdressing knowledge. I find new hairdressers are just not trained the same way. Thank you Jo, you’re an amazing hair stylist.
