Ryderwear Gym & Retail Mandurah

Awesome Gym! Contemplated signing up and called to request a booking to visit today. The lady on the phone was amazing and very helpful! I came into the club after I was told no booking required, and the lovely manager took me for a tour and printed a piece of paper with the membership details for my old eyes. What a darl. Great club and very welcoming. I am off to cancel my other gym- nothing compares to the new gym on the block. My husband and I are very impressed

I didn't get a very friendly vibe upon arrival today, when enquired about new membership, I was told to go look at the gym myself. The initial positive interaction as a potential new customer was not there. Your front girl was cold, short and regimented in explanation of services which she did with less than a minute. After I showed myself around, handed back the fob she had nothing to say, and neither did I. I then went to anything fitness and was won over by the lovely friendly genuine greeting and explanation of how things work... I signed up. Perhaps consider spending some time with new customers.

I was excited to see the new Mandurah location pop up for such good value but I was disappointed when I tried a number of times to talk to someone about coming in to see the venue and try the equipment. I ended up driving there to ask them in person which they then charged me $20 for the session ($30 if I wanted to use the Pilates room or massage room). Which I don’t really understand since there’s no actual instructors running the classes… but anyway, it would have been nice to know they were going to charge that before I drove there? This info should be available online or someone should be answering the phone.

The most incredible gym I’ve ever been to! I got the platinum pass and I was there for 3 hours, it felt like a wellness morning! I did my gym routine and then made use of the massage chairs, sauna & showers and I left feeling a million dollars! Highly recommend a visit!

Holly is absolutely fantastic! She’s always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Her positive attitude and efficiency make every visit to the Rockingham gym a great experience. She’s a real asset to the team — highly recommend!

Caitlyn is an amazing manager at the Mandurah Ryderwear store. She’s always polite, friendly, and super approachable, which makes every visit a great experience. You can tell she really cares about the store — the front entrance is always clean and welcoming and does a great job showing off Ryderwear’s awesome range of clothes. The store always feels well run and inviting thanks to her. Highly recommend it
