The procedure was explained in detail beforehand, including the treatment process and aftercare, which helped me feel informed and at ease. The procedure was carried out with great care and efficiency. I experienced no discomfort afterwards and the healing process has been smooth with no complications. After my last toenail resection 5 years ago having a really bad experience so badly infected, could feel everything, took months not weeks to heal but back to a worse ingrown toenail now! I got scared of anyone touching my toes! My experience went above and beyond my expectations. I called the clinic and talked to the Practice Principal, Podiatrist Surgeon Dr Hung Quan, who invited me immediately to attend the clinic due to extreme pain from an ingrown toenail. As soon as I arrived, he reviewed my toenails and provided me with an excellent explanation. He indicated that he was going to perform an immediate extraction on my right toenail, followed by an extraction on my left toenail, which was scheduled for a week later. I want to point out the outstanding service, from the receptionist to the highly qualified professional, in my case, the Podiatrist surgeon Dr Hung Quan. They provided me with very easy-to-follow aftercare indications, and they are more than happy to assist you if you need it. Dr Hung is simply the best. After a year of French orthodics, nothing improved and none of my knee problems was fixed. Then I decided to try this clinic while in Australia in WHV. Truly the best decision of my life. Dr Hung is super friendly, professional and smiley. And last but not least, he fixed all my problems where french podiatrists failed. Back in France, even a specialist was super surprised about the high quality of the orthodics and kept asking me where I went ! 1 year after, I decided to make a detour to Mandurah from Asia, to renew them before leaving for France again.

Sharing my happy INCREDIBLE experience with the world. I use to think my son had a lack of drive, was being lazy, only wanted to game and that his extra weight was normal before reaching puberty. In an effort to help my son and rule out possible physical issues we went to our GP Harvey Medical Clinic. Riley shared about having back and neck pain. Our wonderful Doctor decided to be thorough and refer to a Physio and Podiatrist because as an orthopaedic surgeon he could see my son had some feet issues.
