Had a skin consult today with Boi and what an absolute gem she is. Was patient (even with the kids being absolute menaces) listened to my concerns and recommended a new full skin care process which I purchased and now following. She has by far been the best person I’ve ever dealt with at any Mecca. Thanks again Boi 🙏🙏🙏
I had such a lovely experience at Mecca. The girl who helped me was incredibly helpful and made the whole process so easy. She took the time to understand my skin, asked the right questions and guided me toward the perfect skincare without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. What I appreciated most was how non judgmental she was. She made me feel completely comfortable, even when I was unsure about what I actually needed. Her recommendations were thoughtful and honest, and you could tell she genuinely wanted to help rather than just sell something. She even gave me a few free samples to try at home, which was such a nice touch. It made me feel valued as a customer and helped me feel confident about my choices. Overall, it was such a positive experience and I will definitely be returning

A lady helped me pick out an eyebrow pencil and showed me how to best shape my eyebrows. She was so patient with me and really took her time to explain all the products and their differences to me which I really appreciated
I popped in yesterday for some makeup and skincare advice and Luca was absolutely amazing! She was so patient and lovely and really took the time to give me advice and answer all of my questions. She was also so generous in giving me heaps of testers and tips on makeup to try out for my event! Thank you heaps Luca!!
