I couldn't get an appointment with my hairdresser, so I rang and spoke to Tania from Alkemy Hair In Langwarrin.. Tania was absolutely lovely and so accommodating and helpful. She booked me in with Emily, who was an absolute Gem!!! She listened to me regarding what I normally have done to my hair and was so very patient AND WOW, my hair colour was PERFECT!!! So happy with my colour and what a lovely lady she was. So happy with my experience. Thank you Ladies for your amazing service. Emily you are a fabulous hairdresser!!!

Had my hair done by Gita today. Not only was she able to get it done quite quickly but I'm extremely happy with the results. The colours she selected were fantastic. I was long overdue for a hair cut and she managed to do a nice style cut that I was happy with even though I was a little sad for my split end length to go, I knew it was a must. Thank you Gita, I will book in again when I come back in March. You are a hair magician ☺️❤️

I'm writing this express wonderful experience I had at my appointment last night at 7pm. From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcome and at ease. The atmosphere was so warm and down-to-earth, which I really appreciated. I was particularly impressed with how accommodating you were about potentially bringing my 6-month-old baby. Knowing that was an option really put me at ease, even though she ended up staying home with my husband. I was thrilled that my appointment ran early, and the stylist who cut my hair did an absolutely fantastic job. She made me feel like myself again, and I love my new haircut. I also want to commend you for being open late nights. As a mum, that flexibility makes such a huge difference. It's so hard to find time for myself, and your hours made it possible. The girls in there are awesome. I had radical ideas for what my hair should look like and they were more than accommodating.

Doesn't matter what colour you ask for you will get 90's ash blonde tips that they call balyage and a junior level haircut. My stylist kept asking other hairdressers questions about how to do my colour. I specifically said I dont want blonde, I want a softer warm brown. So I got blonde ARGH. My hair is dry and damaged now. Their best Stylist has left..Shaun (probably due to the manager). So what's left is junior level quality, except they are charging senior prices. The manager is DERANGED...seriously. She yelled abusive and rude comments when I tried to leave, wouldn't let me pay until I let her photograph me, blocking the door. Worst customer experience I have ever had. Be warned. She was still yelling at me as I walked out the door.
