Me and my friend went there and worst decision of our life. We went there to feel good and enjoy our girls time. But the old lady made fool of us. Everytime she kept on leaving me behind and attending new clients even without any staff for them. They were racist and taking care of aussie clients first who came after us. We sat there with our legs and hands dipped. No scrub no cream no exfoliation and they call it pedicure and manicure. What nonsense! The nailpaint came out just when we reach home. What a cheap nailpaint. They ask us to select the nailpaint ourselves and for aussies they give the nail palette for the same treatment. Unfair and rude staff. No communication was clear and the old lady kept on increasing price. Idk what was the matter. They are short staffed or this is how they behave. As if we are not paying and we are getting nails for free. Ridiculous. I could have done so much better myself at home and my nailpaint would have stayed for 1-2 weeks easily. Poor service. Also, it is your job to share the palettes instead of making us stand there with bare feet to select and shout at us only if we ask for particular color. It is your job for god sake. 3 hours wasted just for pedicure and manicure. The water was so cold too. Why did we even go? I wonder

Left with a bleeding thumb because of how rushed and rough the job was, the lady took absolutely no care for the work she was doing as she looked around while filing down my nails not looking at what she was doing. When she saw my thumb she pointed it out as if I had already cut it prior to the appointment and not because of her own carelessness. Every nail is a different shape, size and chunky because my fingers were shoved into the dipping powder, one nail comes across off my nail bed onto my actual finger and they look ridiculous. I was being rushed from the very start although there was only 1 other person there when I arrived. I always leave a $10 tip for these ladies and I’m so disappointed with this experience I won’t be coming back.

Will definitely not be returning to this salon. Just had a set of SNS nails with tips done and the lady was so rough, ended up leaving with over five cuts around my nails beds including two which were bleeding by the time she finished. Even when she could see I was flinching from the pain in the spots that had been hurt she continued in her rough manner even rolling her eyes at one point. The nails were not even shaped evenly.

The staff were nice enough but it felt very rushed. I left the salon content with my nails, despite being cut on one of my fingers. However, not even a day later the top of my shellac pedicure fully bubbled up on both my big toe nails. I have been getting shellac on my toe nails for a long time and this has never happened. Very disappointed in the longevity of the work done, especially given the price.

Staff was very rude to me and my friend. They were racist and treated us differently from the other clients. Didn't give us proper time and service. They took 3 hours for an one hour job. The dedicated staff to us kept on leaving us alone for 20-30 minutes and attended other clients in between. We waited like fools with damp feet, half done. And the nailpaint came out as I reached home. Very poor service and waste of time. The nailpaint looks cheap. My friend got hurt also during the pedicure. The staff hurt her toe nail so bad, it started bleeding. They literally shouted while giving replies if we asked any question. Will not recommend to anyone. We paid 100+100 for this cheap service. We regret now. Unsatisfactory customer service.

This was the worst nail experience l've ever had. I felt extremely uncomfortable the whole time. Three different people worked on my nails, I was told three different prices, and then the price was raised again when it came time to pay. Communication was poor and I left feeling anxious instead of relaxed. Getting your nails done should be a pampering experience, but this was the complete opposite. I will not be returning. I had this same terrible service last time I went but I thought I would give them a second chance!! No more chances left!!

This place is my go to for a manicure and pedicure I usually get SNS but the kind nail tech suggested acrylic and I am obsessed! Always lovely and sweet they really take care of their customers, nice conversations and really clean and hygienic
