Highly recommend Olivia. I booked a 1 hour customised massage with Olivia. This is the second massage I've had with her and she takes the time to listen. The massage itself was perfection. All the staff at Endota Kew are welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be back for another massage with Olivia!

I was underwhelmed today. It has been nearly 2 years since my last visit, but Endota used to feel more luxurious. I was offered a thimble of tea before hand, which seemed like they didn't want to waste too much tea. At the start of the treatment, we used to be offered different oils to smell, which would set the tone. There was less emphasis on essential oils today. I had the signature facial and was waiting for the foot massage, which sadly didn't happen, and I felt awkward to ask. I also didn't feel any jade rollers on my face. The therapist was nice, and she did give me a scalp massage and offered the regular sized tea cup afterwards, but I feel like the Endota experience is not what it once was. I also didn't realise there is a Saturday surcharge, which could have been mentioned to me when I booked, as I would have booked during the week. I know prices have gone up, but $170 for a 50 min facial just seems over the top. Maybe I am out of touch. If the therapist is making $100 then I wouldn't mind as much, but I doubt it 🙂

I had the organic facial today which was extremely relaxing. Virginia is a wonderfully calm therapist. She gave me the full Endota experience, the calming jade stone on my solar plexus, the choice of which oil blend I preferred and scalp and foot massages during the mask treatment. My skin feels great and I am very relaxed. This was a follow up treatment after a disappointing one last month. Thank you Alex for following up with me, you deserve success in your business.

The staff were lovely and Endota Kew has a calming feeling once you're seated, enjoying a herbal tea and waiting for your appointment. Olivia was delightful and I enjoyed a massage and facial. Gentle with taking my make up off; checked on pressure with the massage and I thoroughly relaxed (snoozed in fact) and enjoyed the time.
