Riya is incredible. She does threading with so much precision and care, and my brows always come out perfectly shaped and natural, never overdone. She’s fast, gentle, and really listens to what you want. I trust her completely with my eyebrows and won’t go to anyone else. Highly recommend if you want consistently great brows.

I’ve been going to Riya for my lash extensions, eyebrow maintenance, and other beauty treatments since 2020–2021, and the experience has been amazing every time. I'm really disappointed that Angel's beauty lounge says they're open on google on a Sunday between 10am - 4pm, when they clearly aren't. I attended with my mum on 18/01/26 at approximately 1:45pm because she is living in a nursing home nearby and she was really wanting to get her eyebrows and eyelashes tinted and I could only come on a Sunday to take her and this place says they're open on a Sunday so we caught a taxi there only to discover that the place was in fact closed and it was a waste of our time. I had tried calling through over the previous couple of days but I just got the answering machine, so I assumed maybe they were just busy with customers but since google says their open on a Sunday, I thought it should have been fine as most brow places allow walk ins. We were left feeling really disappointed with the entire experience because mum finds it stressful going out so because she made a huge effort to come here and it was closed and she wasn't able to get her eyebrows and lashes done, it just ruined our day. So because of this, I unfortunately can't recommend this place. Please update your current opening hours on google to reflect the correct opening times to avoid this happening to other people.

I think the beauty therapist was very good and a great colour on my brows. Why I gave it 4 stars was that she was not upfront about a 5% surcharge on the final payment. I think it should have said somewhere in the shop or I should have been informed prior however I only realized when it popped up on my bank account. Otherwise the service was good.

First time visiting Angel’s Beauty Lounge, I saw Riya for a brow threading and lamination. She did such an incredible job and accentuated my brows whilst also leaving them with a natural, thick shape. I was so impressed with Riya, she was helpful in showing me how to shape my brows, plus she also made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in.
