I'm a long time customer of w cosmetics and love the variety of products they offer. Can be slightly more expensive but they have monthly discounts for certain products. Well stocked shop and neat. Service has been fine, haven't had any issues at all. They give you space to shop and it's easy to get help from staff if you need

I love this shop. It’s got everything I need and more. The staffs there are always ready to help and they always recommend the suitable products for me with reasonable price. Definitely would recommend this place to my friend.

Today’s shopping experience really highlighted the difference in customer service between two stores: W Cosmetic and La Cosmetic. At W Cosmetic, with 3-4 staff present, not a single one greeted customers. Seems like they were Too busy with their Halloween makeup. In particular, one staff, instead of assisting with my queries, handed me a piece of card. She couldn’t help me with any of my enquiries, which I found ridiculous. This reflects a severe lack of product knowledge and customer service skills. It’s frustrating and disheartening, especially since I’m a regular customer. This team, especially the lady who ‘assisted’ me, urgently needs training in customer service. Then I walked past the La Cosmetic, it was a breath of fresh air. Despite being the only staff member handling three customers, the lady there was welcoming and extremely helpful. She managed to assist everyone efficiently, including helping me with my purchase. Her excellent customer service made me super happy with my experience at La Cosmetic.

They have pretty much most of the trended Korean beauty products. Useful if you're not a big fan of buying things online. Didn't see much of a price difference with other shops. Although needs to regularly stock the shelf or have a sign on when the products might arrive.

I’m quite regular costumer of W cosmetics Hurstville. I went to buy some stuff. Staff were not helpful at all. One of the staff named "Sunny" she was very rude with no respect and zero skill of customer service with no appropriate communication skills which she needs to give to customer. I am never coming back to this place. Highly not recommended.

Really good store, wide product range, they have many popular Korean and Japanese brands. Definitely a excellent place to shop.

Visited: W Cosmetics at Westfield Hurstville (Shop 416B, Level 2) on Saturday, 12 July 2025 My wife is a frequent and loyal shopper at W Cosmetics—notably their Wynyard store near her workplace—and typically, raves on about her great experiences. Today she had purchased a $16 eyeliner at Hurstville but only realised 20 minutes later she’d purchased the wrong colour. Like most people, she tested it by smearing a tiny bit on my hand to verify the colour. After lunch, we went back and politely asked for an exchange. However, staff inspected the eyeliner and refused, stating it looked "used" and citing it was policy. I’d only swatched a minimal amount—but because the seal was broken, their policy gave them no leeway . While I understand the guidelines—W Cosmetics only allows exchanges for unopened, unused items —I was hoping they’d make an exception for a small, honest mistake from a regular customer. The strict enforcement felt surprising, especially since at Wynyard they’ve been much more accommodating in the past. Overall: friendly staff, wide product range, but rigid policy enforcement left me disappointed. A small bit of flexibility for loyal shoppers in simple situations would go a long way.
