My purchase arrived in a timely fashion in good condition. There were some issues that arose with some of my items: I was able to provide information on the batch numbers of the items and the manufacturer organised replacement. The phone line was very helpful with what information was required and I was emailed about my replacements the same morning I was able to provide the required information. I would recommend their service highly on all counts.

If he’d just talked nicely, I wouldn’t have had a problem at all, even if I didn’t get an answer on this call. This is the first time I’ve ever had such a rude customer service rep from your company. Terrible Customer Service, Unhelpful Staff Placed an urgent self-pickup order and called to confirm the pickup time—was met with the most unprofessional, impatient service from a staff member named Richard. He questioned why I provided my order number, repeatedly complained about being "busy on a Monday," and refused to assist with checking my order status at all. His tone was hostile and made it clear he didn’t care about customer needs. If your team can’t handle basic phone inquiries, don’t list a contact number on your site. Lost all trust, canceled my order immediately—avoid this business if you value respect and basic customer support.

Spectacular Art Supplies store / warehouse. I’ve been shopping here for years more so because of the ‘artists’ in my family doing Art in High School. The stock range is amazing and it’s difficult to express this in my Google Review photos. The stock of paint, pens, pencils, brushes, inks, thinners, glues, accessories, clay, canvases, cardboard, paper and lots more, this shop is a SERIOUS art supply store. Richard the owner is friendly, helpful with advice and understandings the art supply industry. What’s on sale here is very well priced and completely blows apart the art supply options at Spotlight & Officeworks. Their online website is another way to see what’s on offer and purchase Art Supplies. One constant I’ve noticed with this Art Supply shop is how the stock levels are always kept restocked. On the North Shore area of Sydney there’s a vacuum of good art supply shops. This shop completely fills the void. It’s the best hidden gem in Hornsby

It's not easy to find but has got everything I need for my painting! It's so hard to find an Art Supplies shop for retail purchase. Thank goodness this shop still exists so that I could come to get what I need quickly rather than ordering online.

Great service by the staff at the arts supply store. As a new entrant into arts field I am overwhelmed by the amount of arts supplies I have to purchase. The discounted prices at Hornsby Warehouse reduce the burden on the wallet!! The ever so knowledgeable and friendly staff Richard is very helpful in making your way to finding the suitable art supply you need!!

Great prices and great service, the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, juggling multiple customers at once without making you feel unattended. We appreciated the care that they had to ensure that all the products are of good quality without damage. Would highly recommend for all your art supply needs!

I decided to leave a review after reading some older ones and noticing the business’s defensive responses to negative feedback. A great business should have an open mind, take constructive criticism to heart, and be willing to improve in order to provide the best customer experience in a competitive market. I visited this shop and spent $170 on art supplies. Their prices are very competitive, even compared to the bigger discount stores in Sydney. However, my experience was disappointing. I arrived with my child because we were on school holidays, and I couldn’t leave him at home. From the moment we walked in, I felt unwelcome. The first thing the owner said—directed at my child—was, "You cannot touch anything, okay?" It was an uncomfortable moment. He immediately looked sad, and though the owner later tried to be friendly, the damage was done. As I browsed, I noticed both the owner and his wife watching us closely, as if we were doing something suspicious simply because I had a child with me. At one point, his wife even started stacking shelves right in front of us. It was an unpleasant experience. The reality is, if my child had accidentally broken something, I would have taken full responsibility and paid for it—no question. But treating customers this way, especially parents shopping with children, is not how you build loyalty.
