Exotic Indian Beauty- Hornsby

I booked an appointment by phone for two people, but when we arrived there was no record of the booking, and only one staff member present. The second stylist didn’t arrive until 30–60 minutes later. My cousin was also charged more midway through her appointment than the original quote, supposedly due to hair length, which should never change during a service. I came in for a hair toning and clearly asked for a cool, ashy tone with no red. Despite selecting this on the colour chart, my hair came out red-toned, the complete opposite of what was agreed. The staff also tried to convince me that it, in fact, does not appear red-toned. I’m writing this review two months later because the consequences have lasted. My hair is still red and the product quality was so poor that my hair is now the most damaged it has ever been—every strand is split. I visited another hairdresser a week later to try to fix it and was told they could not re-tone my hair because it was so damaged it could literally fall off. To be fair, I wasn’t charged for the toning and the owner later apologised, which I appreciated. However, this doesn’t change the lasting damage done. I’m leaving this review to warn others before booking.

I had nanoplasty done by Anju, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It was a long 5-hour procedure, but she was incredibly patient and professional throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail was outstanding, and she made sure every section was done perfectly. She explained each step clearly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Truly appreciate her dedication and care — highly recommend Anju to anyone considering nanoplasty!

Today I went to Exotic Indian Beauty for a facial, and I had a wonderful experience. Raman did my facial and it was done very professionally and with great care. The service was excellent, very relaxing, and I felt really happy with the result. My skin felt fresh and glowing afterwards. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back. 😊

I had a beautiful layer haircut by Sunitha. She was very patient and took great care in styling my curly hair giving me a perfect cut that suited me so well.Raman was very gentle with waxing which made the experience comfortable and pleasant. Overall it was a great service will love to visit again
