I had an amazing experience at Myer Werribee on February 11! I urgently needed a formal suit for my graduation ceremony, and the staff in the men’s section were incredible. A lovely female staff member helped me choose the perfect outfit — she suggested stylish pants, a great blazer, and a high-quality shirt that fit perfectly on my first try! I even tried other sizes, but her recommendation was spot on. She also helped me pick a tie and tied a neat knot for me when mine turned out a bit crooked.The whole shopping experience took about an hour and a half, and I left completely satisfied, ready for my big day. Her excellent service and fashion advice saved me a lot of time and stress. Truly appreciated — she made my day

I’m not one for department stores nor am I really one for luxury brands, so I was out of my depth when I came in looking today. Maria in menswear looked after me though and I must say, what excellent customer service. From the get go she was helpful, courteous and just had the complete vibe of a person who does this job because she genuinely likes helping people. What a top-tier customer service professional. I have been a loyal Myer customer for many years, but I was disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased a clearance dress from Myer just one day prior and returned to enquire about the possibility of a store credit or exchange. The dress was unworn, with tags attached, and I was not requesting a refund. Unfortunately, the way the matter was handled was not helpful, and I was given conflicting information about who was responsible for the exchange policy. I continue to shop at Myer regularly, including a recent purchase of a watch valued at $1,500 just two weeks ago, which reflects the trust I place in Myer. I believe clearer communication and better customer service would have made this a much better experienc

Its my local myers Its great and well stocked staff can be a bit of a hit and miss last time I was in was in was boxing day sales now I understand working retail in busy seasons im sure they get their share or rude customers but struggling to find help and being brushed off by more then one team member the only friendly staff we encountered that day was the lady at check out the last couple of times team members just seem to be in their little bubbles chatting to each other not a bother in the world But in saying that normally I'm greated upon entering and see helpfully and friendly stuff when shopping I do come here often as it's our local store but might try to keeping my shopping online

The team leader of the shoe department, Marif, was great today! It was super busy because of all the Black Friday deals. Despite the crowd, she still took the time to patiently help my friend and I try on a few shoes. Very welcoming and professional employee.

Just reopened after renovation nice store layout but need more more with the staff training please I went in just to do click and collect around 11am on Saturday morning and it wasn't even busy, asked a staff near the entrance where to do click and collect and she pointed at a direction and said something sounded like "just on the wall" to me and i didnt get it, she just kept saying the same thing and even sighed because i didn't understand. I just went ahead and found it in the room to the right. Being so close, if you can't help me walk a little to see the sign, at least could have said something else maybe?
