After being an always very satisfied long term customer with the previous owners my first experience here with the new owners was well below par. I attended for a pedicure and shellac and it was the worst Ive ever had. My nails are all uneven. She did not even push the cuticles back or use the tool to remove them. She did not use the toe separators at all during polish and there is color on the skin. She filed roughly after the polish and it was only when I got outside that I realised the end of my toe where she'd filed had skin off and was bleeding. She obviously had no care or concern for the job. It may be just the person I had on the day but tbh Im unlikely to return here despite it being so convenient. Very disappointing.

After being to the salon after many years being a very satisfied customer. Since the new owners the price always changed for the same procedure depending on who l had when l questioned this the response said that was the price as l hate confrontation l paid it. Plus l noticed the quality is not as good. Will be definetly be going elsewhere.

Just had a full set of sns nails with Kevin. He was so lovely and I am so happy with my nails. I definitely recommend xx

Love the new owners, very happy with their warm welcome, I’ve had both SNS, shellac pedicure, manicure as well as classic eyelash extensions., I’ve had all 3 staff members at different times and all were great, in addition they are very generous by remembering in conversation that I love Vietnamese coffee and make one for me everytime.

Love this place, I'm here every fortnight and they are always so warm and welcoming and do such an amazing job - i don't always come in with the easiest requests, but they always take their time and do beautiful nails ❤️ (Keep in mind pic is SNS dip and i havent washed my hands thoroughly since so there is still some dip powder around the edges of my fingers) They took about 2 hours to ensure they got this right, not many places these days you can get a service for less than $50 per hour and with such commitment!

they didnt ask me me what shape i wanted and juat assumed i wanted almond i only realised what she did after she butchered my poor finger. She also did not make the nails identical to the other ones length wise and just free styled with no care. DO NOT GO THERE 75$ for the shortest and choppiest nails of my life.
