Visiting Jodi feels like catching up with a good friend every month – except it’s even better because she’s transforming your skin at the same time. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and loves educating her clients about skincare, always explaining why she’s recommending something and what you actually need to do to get real results. Jodi is super personable and chatty, keeps you entertained with funny stories (and her amazing singing voice 😄), and somehow manages to make every appointment relaxing and fun. Bonus points because she gives the best shoulder and neck massages. You leave glowing, relaxed, and feeling totally confident about your skin – couldn’t recommend her more.

My wife underwent a Venus Nano radiofrequency treatment at this clinic on 5-Feb-2026 and developed a significant facial reaction within two days requiring medical assessment. The physical recovery has been slow and the emotional impact of a visible facial injury has been considerable. We understand cosmetic procedures carry risks. What has been most difficult, however, is the absence of communication or follow-up from the clinic’s owner despite written requests. We have cancelled further treatment and are pursuing independent medical care. Anyone considering advanced skin treatments should ensure they are comfortable with the practitioner’s qualifications , understand the potential risks clearly, and feel confident the clinic will respond appropriately if complications occur
