Exquisite Brows & Spa Greensborough

Very disappointed with this service today, especially for the price (much higher than other salons in the plaza). The advertised consultation, shaping, and trimming were not provided. The service started without any discussion, and parts of my brows were missed. Tint colour wasn’t discussed and was far darker than expected — it would have been worse if I hadn’t asked for it to be removed early. Excess tint was scrubbed off with alcohol, which caused burning, and no aftercare was applied. I wasn’t given a proper mirror to check the result and had to fix missed hairs at home. Poor quality for the price. Would not recommend.

Eyebrow threading and tint was very expensive at $52 and a very average job compared to what I’ve had numerous times both here and at other salons. Would not recommend

I asked for eyebrows threading, she barely touched them. When she said she was done and to check (less then 1 minute) they were completely uneven. When I said this she said she was just following my tattoo and a tidy up. I indicated the area that was uneven and she did one pull on either eyebrow. She didn't appear interested in actually threading my eyebrows so I had to go somewhere else after to have them done. Won't go back.

AMAZING job for a great price, quick and easy, weren’t able to remove two hairs as they were ingrown therefore can’t be removed which I just will at home, AMAZING service and highly recommend

Extremely overpriced for the service and quality. $42 for a few mins of threading eyebrows and upper lip. Won’t be going back

I went to do full face waxing, I’m not happy with the service charge me $87. staff is rude and not professional at all. Not a best place to visit back.

I am writing feedback to notify the management to your great place is under rated with wrong staff. I been here to do the waxing and in my entire life I am seeing such a bad service. There is two staff and the young girl was so friendly . The other one who served me was so rude and misbehaved All the service greensborough is well served. I am happy to provide in person feedback . This kind of service ai don’t want to get anyone.I appreciate if management review this.
