First time going to this studio but have been pierced by Ebs before. Lovely aesthetic and welcoming store! Easy location to find with nearby parking. The price is worth it for the service, experience and amazing quality jewellery. Ebs provides such great customer service and always has a warm positive attitude. She is very professional and talented at what she does and provides expert knowledge. Another big thing that I feel sets her apart in the industry is how she relates to clients and makes them feel confident and comfortable throughout the whole experience. Can’t wait to go back again after my new piercing is healed and get some new pretty jewellery. Thanks so much Ebs!

Darcy was absolutely amazing, thoroughly talked through the steps before the piercings and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. First time here but definitely a returning customer for the future. The shop is extremely clean and such a vibe! Highly recommend.

Incredible studio! So clean and friendly. I got my flat pierced by Jess today, she was so great and really helped me understand aftercare to where other studios didn’t which led to problems with my other piercings. I originally went in for my navel, Jess was so great at thoroughly examining my anatomy - sadly due to my lop sided belly button (boo) I couldn’t get it pierced but I really appreciate Jess’ honesty and ensuring I avoid a piercing that’ll reject and scar. Will be coming back for another round soon 🙂

I found these guys in my research for a piercing studio and could not recommend more. I had my piercing with Jess who was such an amazing piercer. Firstly the vibe and energy of this place is immaculate, clean, cute but also not at all. intimidating. I booked online and had the experience in person I was hoping for. I was nervous and feeling awkward and Jess could have not been more friendly and professional as well as just keeping things feeling normal and making just a really easy environment In terms of the piercing itself, omg it was the best experience. Although I got a sensitive area, it was literally one of the least painful, fastest and relaxed experiences I've had. I was surprised at how fast it was over and how although it was communicated to me, how quick the jewellery was in.... that's often the worst bit and I was so impressed! In saying this, it did not feel rushed or messy. I am 100% returning here for all future piercings and recommend these guys if you’re looking for professionalism, vibe, knowledge, cleanliness and accuracy in their craft, as well as heaps of stunning jewellery, I wish I had come here sooner!!! As someone from the CBD, I hella recommend this studio! The environment was not only clean and vibey, but the team were very much warm and welcoming as well! Just had my first piercing service done with Ebs today and I'm beyond happy with the outcome! She walked me through the whole process and made sure I felt comfortable enough. Defo worth the trip if you're thinking about getting an awesome piercing-- already planning my next one!

Staff were extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Had my conch pierced by Eloise who was amazing and also advised me about a previous piercing I had got somewhere else as well as which piercings would be best for my anatomy in the future. Easiest piercing experience out of anywhere I have been. Also free refreshments which were great on such a hot day.

i had my navel pierced by Jess two months ago after having it done previously a few years ago and it unfortunately rejecting. she was amazingly professional and informative during the service and made sure to pierce me with the best placement and jewellery to suit my specific anatomy. the whole experience is very tailored to your individual needs and what’s best for you. i’ve met Jess and Ebs and they’ve both been so friendly and happy to answer any questions i’ve had. Jess also has helped me troubleshoot with some difficult piercings i’ve had done elsewhere, the level of care is awesome two months later my piercing is doing great, i’ve had zero issues besides slight tenderness here and there as well as the normal build up to clean off of a new piercing. i honestly have barely noticed it’s there during my day to day life as the jewellery fits me so well! it’s also very reassuring knowing the high quality of every piece of jewellery they stock, their jewellery range is stunning and has something for everyone, visually and price wise. the cleanliness and aesthetic of the shop as well as the lovely piercers and their knowledge makes you feel in very safe hands. i’ve recommended Birthright Adornment to many people and will continue to! thank you for the great experience 🙂 i look forward to visiting again
