Girls there are absolutely lovely. First waxing appt with them today, and (I can't remember her name) she did an absolutely brilliant job, better than anywhere I've ever been before. Very reasonable prices, quick and efficient, just an all round good experience. I'll absolutely be back!

Previously the staff was good (4.5 Stars). Now I felt a little odd. Bcz of two things.. 1) I reached for my appointment on time then once we started with waxing the staff tells me that time is less so I will do half now and half later we will book in later this week which i felt odd this is the first time I am hearing... I have been coming to the store for almost 3 years and never the staff has told me for my proper appointment service that the time is not sufficient. If I had not booked the appointment prior then I would have understood but booking prior and then receiving this is a little odd.. 2) Usually after doing waxing, previously the staff used to apply some sort of spray or oil so that the body is not that sticky and doesn't spoil the clothes or inner wear. Yesterday, once the waxing was done nothing was sprayed or applied. I had to go back to work after the appointment. I had to use wet tissue at my work so that my skin is not that sticky and does not touch everything. The staff is nice and friendly but my one suggestion would be not to change the service because the people came for that service and nothing else.

I'm very satisfied with my experience I was welcomed by Shayla, who provided efficient, high-quality work and very friendly. The long 2-hour session goes very quickly.
