I was DISGUSTED with the way in which I was treated at this store. The staff were not one bit friendly, they treated me like i was an armed robber. I was continuously followed throughout the store without even being greeted. The staff member following me then waited behind me and watched as I chose my product. She did not give me the opportunity to keep shopping, then waited for me until I followed her to the register. Words can not express how disappointed I am in the customer service.Will not be shopping here again.

the service was great! We were picking the wrong item and asking for a refund. One particular of the staff members were really kind and being so nice to help us out. Her name was Jamy? Sorry, if I mistaken pronounced her name. Thanks so much guys ❤️

Was in Priceline the other day, looking at purchasing a perfume for my younger sister. I knew what I was going in for. I would have liked to have a smell, but there were 3 cashiers behind the counter. Talking. Only one was working, it was extremely packed. I stood in front of the perfume cabinet for maybe 10 minutes, turning around and looking at the girls behind the counter. I had to look up the price online, compared it with chemist warehouse and left. I was ignored, and it was extremely rude. I definitely wasn’t the only customer that was ignored whilst I was there. Disgusting. Never leave a customer waiting. Even if I was said hello to, would have made a complete difference.

Last week I was in town and had less than 10 minutes to find some makeup essentials that I needed for work the next day. Pina and her team graciously assisted me and I left feeling absolutely moved by their service. Thank you. I won’t forget it!

The staff is extremely rude , happen with me little incident that ruin my mood for the day i was shopping there I was trying one of the nail polish did not know that it is not for trail because it is not written , as well i had assistant walk in with me anyway , another assistant crossed by and said, now since you opened it you have to buy it ! I was like oh i did not know i can not try it She was like this is this the policy , We walked to the manager. And she said I caught this lady using the nail polish , as if i am shoplifter that coming to priceline to put nail polish and walk away I got really hurt from what she said , and the way she treated me ! Thanks priceline

I've only been in here twice, and both times I've had items that have scanned incorrectly (more than the advertised price). I wouldn't mind so much, except both times the cashier has spoke to me extremely condescendingly and haven't even apologised for the mistake.

Thanks to the lovely lady at the check out this morning at priceline Bay City Plaza who helped me out. Your generosity and consideration definitely make you not only a great person but an asset to the business.
